  • Confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Acknowledge that your username and submitted setups will be publicly visible on the platform

You retain ownership of your User Content. You may edit or delete your racket setups at any time via your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RacketIndex to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate equipment data
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including professional players
  • Engage in spam, scraping, or automated data extraction without our consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Engage in any unlawful activity or upload any content that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of applicable law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules.

7. Data Accuracy

The professional player setup information on RacketIndex is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided for informational purposes only. Community setup data is submitted by users and has not been independently verified.

RacketIndex makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any setup data. You rely on this information entirely at your own risk. Equipment specifications should always be independently verified before making purchasing decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The site design, code, copy, and non-user-generated content on RacketIndex are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Professional player names and brands referenced on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

RacketIndex is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on RacketIndex, including equipment purchases or changes to your tennis game.
